I am using autocad for 5 years and for the first time I experienced an issue with autocad. Whenever I save a file of autocad on my laptop. The file is saved in DWF format but when I click on it. It is not opening. please have a look.
Once I add my website in one design then file saved in correct way. But I am confused that what is the relation of website with file format?
The core SAVE and SAVEAS and QSAVE commands have no ability to create DWF files.
Turn on file extensions in Windows File Manager: that will tell you in better detail what format your file is in, and it is really automagically changing to DWF or not, and if the issue is just your laptop's default apps for file types just needs correcting.
