FBX Export from Navisworks not importing in Autocad 2020

Hi All,

I'm running Autocad 2020 and Navisworks Simulate 2021.

I exported an FBX file from Navisworks and want to import to Autocad.

The FBX is created fine, but when I go to import into Autocad, nothing  happens. No error message at all, and the FBX import dialogue box doesn't even come up. Just dead space and back to the command prompt.

Am I missing a step? I've followed the instructions.

Any help would be appreciated.
