Which version of AutoCAD, which service pack of AutoCAD, which operating system and graphic card are you using?

Do you have tools/apps/plugins installed on top of AutoCAD?

That are the minimum information's we need to know where to start with your issue.

Screenshots from the dialogs of the commands _ABOUT and _GRAPHICSCONFIG would give us a lot of info's.

Autocad 2011 with no plugins.

Happens in more detailed drawings. 

On the next erro i will take a photo.

What type of OS are you running?
