Fatal Error

Hi....

I created a drawing with AutoCAD 2014 & revised it again with AutoCAD 2015

The final drawing was saved using AutoCAD 2015 c/w embedded photo

Then I tried to open my drawing with AutoCAD 2016 with no problem but when I click on the drawing for command, then the whole program crash with the following message as shown below:-

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0014 Exception at ce34e59dh

Can somebody help me, please ??

I'd tried opening it with AutoCAD 2015 & have no problem at all

Does CAD 2016 work fine on all other drawings?
You could try: save a copy of the drawing, open it in 2016 and use the AUDIT command.

Thanks for your advises
I open the file & do an AUDIT but it still crash after that
I've no problem opening other files

Using AutoCAD 2015, I edit the same file & delete some embedded photos & save
Then I open the file with AutoCAD 2016 without any problem
So I'm suspecting the problem comes from my embedded photo which I'm going to try deleting one by one to find out the culprit

Hi...

With reference to my problem of "FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0014 Exception at ce34e59dh"

I've tried deleting 2 embedded photos in my drawings & finally, it's true that some of my embedded photo is the main culprit

After deleting the 2 embedded photos, I can opened my drawings without any more crash

Problem already rectify
