Fatal errors are associated with several issues. Some of the common solutions are listed below:
- Sign in as Administrator or Create a New User Account (Full Control user permissions)
- Check the Operating System needed & the required updates by reviewing the system requirements for the software & Certified Graphics Card Drivers
- *Make sure you have an updated graphics card driver by checking the manufacturer's website then (Assign the correct Graphics Card)
- Temporarily disable your Antivirus software & Firewall
- Temporarily disable UAC on Windows 7 or Windows 10
- Reset AutoCAD to defaults
- Update your product with the latest service pack or Hotfixes by visiting the Autodesk website or account
- Addition steps to take: Fatal error when starting AutoCAD
