fatal error unhandled e0434f4dh exception at 7577845dh

this error always pops up when i'm trying to copy (ctrl+c) some drawing and paste it to another file .dwg.  cause it total shutdown. no idea to troubleshoot. hope can get some help and advise here.  

system info: 
window 7 pro

ram 4gb

32-bit os

Is it only in a particular files or any files?

What is your Autocad Version? Is it updated?

if not update from here : Update Software in Autodesk Account

Hi,

There are many reasons for such a problem , let's try with :

• start your AutoCAD from another windows user log in , then see if any changes . 
• Reset your AutoCAD settings . >> Click <<

Use command -RECOVER and open your file and see if it shows any error.

Use Command -ABOUT and see if you have Service pack 2 shown after Autocad 2013 product version, if not download it from here : AutoCAD 2013 Downloads

i did the reset setting. still not solve. another error low memory is occured.

but, its just happened this few day. 

im thought that it may due to overload of memory need to cleaned up or else. since i used it for more than a year before.

it sounds that a new thing that occur this issue like registry cleaner , Windows Updates, new installation , antivirus scan .

You may have a dirty file. Try getting the ZombieKiller applet and purging the dwg file of any proxies that you may have gotten from other files.

This has helped my tremendously. It's a good idea to do this to all of you work blocks as it will not only make all the blocks smaller in size but will also make AutoCAD take up less resources for large projects.

On top of this DGN Purge hotfix is also a must for AutoCAD 2013.

Hi, 

thanks for great support.

im already uninstall 2013 and install 2016. 

seems okay until now. just my file memory keep low and force to shut down suddenly. 

lets try this zombiekiller. 🙂
