Fatal error: unhandled c000001 dh exception at 9A64E2D5h

Hi.

From a couple of days ago, I've been using my AutoCAD 2019 software (student version licence) and suddenly, even without executing any specific command, the program crashes with the message "fatal error: unhandled c000001 dh exception at 9A64E2D5h". I thought it was related to a specific corrupted file but it's happening with old and clean files too.

Maybe there's a solution for this?
