fatal error:reading 0xfd616c78 exception at e1306262h

I'm using autocad 2015 and I've repeatedly fatal errors with the message:   unhandled access violation reading 0xfd616c78 exception at e1306262h

It happens when I'm opening and closing dwg files.

I've already sent many reports the last one had this report number: CER_111780022

I've also set newtabmode to 0 and startup to 0

Thank you for your help sooner as possible because it became impossible to use this version of Autocad.

Hi,

The first thing that seems to be the issue here, is the user account access permission.

Have you the administrators right one your local workstation.

Permission to access folder in your company network, if the (*.dwg) files are saved remotely.

Feel free to add your email address when the error report are send, and send it to us via a private chat message, we will be able to track your CER report.

Wishing you a good day.

Best regards,

Hi, thankyou for your previous answer,

All files are saved in company server, and I do have permission to access it.

I've also changed the variables: filetabpreview and filetabhumhover to 0 and it seems to solve the problèm of opening and closing files fatal error.

Nevertheless I'm still having some random fatal errors wile working, at this cases the fatal error bloks windows and i'm forced to reboot it.
