Fatal Error - Exporting Layout to Model

Good Morning!

I've been having a constant problem when i try do export my layout drawing to a new .dwg drawing model. The error i get is "FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0010 Exception at xxxxx (each time a diferent code)". I posted the error msg i got.

I've tried the comands and steps i found all around the forum or in the autodesk web site to fix a corrupt file, and still get the same error. I'm using the Autocad 2013 version.

If anyone could help, i would deeply appreciate .

Hi @hugoQLRYL,

I see that you are visiting as a new member. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

This type of crash is most commonly caused by the HP Designjet 500 printer driver and/or a video driver conflict.

Can you tell me what operating system is in use, the graphics card and driver installed and whether you have all the service pack and updates installed for AutoCAD?

HI @hugoQLRYL,  Did you check your video drivers? If you like, you can prepare a NFO file for me to examine.4

Can you attach a sample file for me to look at as well?
