Hi @Anonymous,

What exact build of Windows 10 is running on your system? I see that this is the certified driver Windows 10 64bit [10.18.13.5456].  It sounds like a Windows update two weeks ago might be causing this issue. Is it possible to uninstall the update to see if things improve?

You might also consider removing and reinstalling the C++ and .Net Framework on your system.

You are welcome to directly send me a sample file at [email protected]

Hi john.vellek

I reinstall everything including Windows, but the problem is still there, the drawings are not open.

Hi @Anonymous,

I am sorry this problem has returned. Can you check to see which version of .NET Framework is installed on your WIndows 10?  There are known issues with .NET 4.7.

If you feel that this is file specific I welcome you to attach it to a post so I can take a look.

Since this problem returns can you verify that a Windows update or a driver change occurs at approximately the same time frame? If so, can you isolate which ones get installed that might cause this problem?

Since this keeps coming back and it you feel these suggestions don't resolve your problem quickly enough, I encourage you to schedule a call with technical support so as to receive more immediate help.
