FATAL ERROR AutoCAD 2016 Plotting to Kyocera

We are running AutoCAD 2016 SP1 on Windows 7 64 Bit. When we plot to our Kyocera network printer we are getting two error messages.

1. AutoCAD Error Aborting

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0000 Exception at

43d83882h

We Hit 'Ok' and the seocnd error message appears.

2. AutCAD Alert

AutoCAD cannot continue. You can attempt to save changes

into the following file up to the start of the last command:

The Network drive location for the drawing is listed.

After you save your changes, you can open or recover the file.

Should AutoCAD try to save your changes?

This issue is very puzzling becasue we did not make any changes to the drawing. This was opened and tried to plot. No matter what we hit either 'Yes' or 'No' AutoCAD closes.

Is the problem unique to one file, or does this happen to ALL of your files ALL the time?
