Extruding at an angle?

I am trying to extrude an object at an angle but I'm not really sure how to do so? This is what it's supposed to look like... I tried using a sweep but that didn't really work out.

YES. It is possible in autocad.

First you need to set z direction angle (required degree) of ucs icon.
