Extract geometry from point clouds not working. Segmented data?

Hi all,

I'm exported two .RCS files from Recap - one with 1mm Unify settings and one at 5mm.
When I xref these into AutoCAD, I can see them and section them, but I can't use the geometry extraction tools - they just don't recognise any planes or features.

I found the link below which seems to indicate that it won't work if the scan contains segmentation data.

When I view the properties for my scans I can see that they have a 'yes' next to segmentation data. 

How do I make this work? There are no settings in Recap for this option. I have used the same work flow in the past without a problem...

Any suggestions?

Nothing in the AutoCAD program will overcome that limitation AFAIK. Sorry.
