export import layer states

Dear forum members

I want to copy all layers from 1 dwt to another

I use Layer states (export import) for that

What i notice is that the plot style( i use stb instead of ctb) is not updated correctly if not at all

I have a few layers specific;y on plot style 4 but after importing the *.las file the layers wil get another plot style (i.e 1 or 2 or normal)

What am i doing wrong ?

I need to transfer a lot of layers and i need the plot style setting to be transfered also

If this was of any help please kudo and/or Accept as Solution
Kind Regards

Don't use *.las for import/export, import the layerstate from your DWT (or DWG) directly.

@cadffm

Tried that does not work

Can it be because i want to transfer layers from A1 template to A2?

Coz between A1 templates it works but when i open the A2 template it fails

Getting message "Restore could not restore all plot styles"

If this was of any help please kudo and/or Accept as Solution
Kind Regards

@cadffm

After getting out of project settings and loaded it again the dwt option works perfect
