No.
You can start AutoCAD the same way as each other program.
It's killing my computer.
What does kill your computer? And what means "killing my computer"?
If you want to get help, you should describe your problem more detailed and should ask what you want to know.

When you start Autocad, I suppose it will connect itself, as in my case, to explorer. to check the license. My question is, I can change Autocad's connection to, for example, Croome instead. Or I'm completely wrong.

Ahh, you are talking about the Internet Explorer (not the Win Explorer as I thought).
I can be wrong, but AFAIK AutoCAD needs urgently the Microsoft Internet Explorer. In the system reqirements you also can read that this explorer must be installed.
Of course it is not necessary to be connected permanently with the web. But after a time (I don't know how many days) Autocad needs a web connection to check your license.

I would suggest your first language as well. There is likely someone here who will understand and be able to translate better.
Note that your browser is irrelevant for establishing an internet connection to, say, the Autodesk license server. These services use their own methods, not web browsers.
