Hi,

When launching AutoCAD, an error message displays showing an exception in acvmtools.arx or acvmtools.crx, similar to the following Click here

Hello @Anonymous, 

 

This is a corrupt or outdated graphics driver error. Please review this article & the steps below: 

 

  1. Check the Operating System needed & the required updates by reviewing the system requirements for the software & Certified Graphics Card Drivers
  2. Update your product with the latest service pack or Hotfixes by visiting the Autodesk website or account
  3. Make sure you have an updated graphics card driver by checking the manufacturer's website & assign the correct Graphics Card to run AutoCAD.
