Excel table / text size different on networked computers

Hello, When we bring in a data linked excel file, they will be different sizes from one machine to the other. The table and text are different sizes. So if I create a drawing set and set up the data links, my machine will keep that size as originally created, but if done on my co-workers machine it will be a different size (in the same drawing). We checked settings in autocad and excel set up options to make sure they are all the same. In researching this problem I have read a Windows setting might be doing this? Windows 10, Autocad 2021, Excel 2016 Thanks, Mike

The problem is that Excel honors windows font scaling.  For example if your machine has a reasonable resolution and you run 100%, but your coworker has a 4k TV and needs to run 150%, 200% or more to see fonts.  Make windows font scaling consistent across your group.

Welp I think the windows setting was it. I was at 125% (Make everything bigger)and my co-worker was at 100%, after we sync'd up the text came in the same size but the tables were still different size, we kept at it and now everything is matching. Thanks for all the responses! This is where we adjusted windows:

To change your display in Windows 10, select Start > Settings > Ease of Access > Display. To make only the text on your screen larger, adjust the slider under Make text bigger. To make everything larger, including images and apps, choose an option from the drop-down menu under Make everything bigger.
