ERRORE IRREVERSIBILE Dimensioni personalizzate Rendering

Salve

ERRORE IRREVERSIBILE: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x002c Exeption at 4B6A4DF1h

oppure

ERRORE IRREVERSIBILE: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x002c Exeption at 830E4DF1h

Come posso risolvere il problema?

Configurazione PC:

RAM 16gb

Intel core i7 7th gen 2.8 GHz

Windows 10 64bit

Scheda grafica dedicata Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 (drivers aggiornati all'ultima versione)

N.B. Il problema persiste anche disattivando l'accelerazione hardware

Hi,

Some questions:

  • does it work if you reduce the resolution?
  • does AutoCAD also crash when you try to render a new drawing with just one box in it?
  • if it's drawings dependent then please use command _ETRANSMIT to pack dwg as well as texture files together into a ZIP and upload that ZIP file here so we can play with that dwg-file.

Hi,

can you please create a new Windows user account, login with that account, start AutoCAD and try the same with just a box again?

Also don't set render quality to high, that has more issues than setting it to low or middle and give it a bit more passes.

Your dwg renders well, without looking to it's settings that's what I get:

Hi,

just a new local Windows user account, if possible with admin permissions.

Hi,

not sure that Google translator worked well here, so just to confirm:

The new Windows profile was necessary as test environment to make sure that none of your original user settings are defect and might be the source of the issue.

That you were able to render a box in the new Windows user account, but not in your original account looks like your AutoCAD profile (in your primary Windows account) might have issues.

Am I correct that you stayed in your new Windows account and your AutoCAD crashed when you tried to set a different resolution within "Render to Size" ==> "More output settings"

(so this crash appears in both user accounts?)

For me it does not crash, I have tried this now with a new dwg-file.

Hi,

you might try now to start AutoCAD with a right-click and option "start as administrator" in the context menu, maybe that works.

But as you can't set the resolution on both user accounts, it seems more to be related on the installation of AutoCAD (and not depending on the user profile). I'm just a bit scared about the Google translation and to understand all your feedback correct :cara_guiñando_un_ojo:

Can you start a repair install as described >>>here<<<?

Well, I will try to write in english

I tried to start AutoCAD ad administrator, but it doesn't solve the issue.

I did two other tests (in my main Windows account):

  • I rendered a box twice: the first time with a 800x600 px dimension, it worked (but you can imagine the quality); the second time I modified the dimension to 8267x3543 px (300dpi, a 70x30 cm image) and clicked to save without any error. Then I launched the rendering and when it has arrived at about 30% it stopped with an insufficient memory error message. I did the test without saving the dwg file.
  • I tried to change the render dimensions to 8267x3543 px (300dpi) in a saved box dwg and when I clicked to save it gave me the usual fatal error (as in the Barcelona Pavilion dwg).

I've already done the repair install on the 2019 version, but it didn't solve the issue. So I did a clean uninstall and I installed the 2020 version hoping it worked, but I have the same problem.

Also I remember that when I opened the Barcelona pavilion file for the first time with acad 2020 I managed to do some good renderings setting different dimensions. I never closed the file doing them and when I opened it a second time and tried to set the render dimension the program re-started to show the fatal error.

Hi,

>> I rendered a box twice: ...

OK, have you tried to render your main model with a lower resolution?

When AutoCAD crashes, what does the task-manager show as used memory, is really the 16GB used?

Have you set the render quality to low?

20190613_133437.png

I tried now to render and acad.exe seems to need about 4GB memory, to reduce the amount of memory you might try to make your texture files smaller and to reduce the render size (not sure if it really makes sense to have 70x30cm by 300dpi ... I assume such a big picture means the people are looking at it by a distance > 1.5m, so they would not see a difference between 200 or 300dpi ... but yes, it depends who is watching it and maybe analyzing it.

As you are student, have you ever thought to use 3DS-Max instead of AutoCAD for rendering? This would result in faster renderings and less memory issues.

Please find attached the image, but just 1 pass done ...

Well I tried to reduce the resolution but Autocad shows me an insufficent memory message.

Now I tried again setting te render accuracy on Low (I was using Draft accuracy) with a 150 dpi resolution but Autocad returned the insufficient memory error. I attached some screenshots of the settings and the task manager. Cattura7.PNGCattura8.PNG

Anyway I need a 70x30 cm image because I have to make a project board for an exam. The looking distance will be certainly < 1 mt

I never used 3DS-Max, is it possible to use autocad dwg files in it? (Anyway now I have to do renderings with Autocad, but maybe it can be useful for next projects)

And reducing the resolution to 800x600 ... does that work (I know that this is not the resolution you like, but it's a start to isolate the origin of the problem)

yes.

I reduced the resolution to 800x600 px with high accuracy and 10 rendering levels and I didn't received any error message.

I have two questions: can my custom materials be the cause of the problems? Did you try to render my dwg in the resolution I want?
