Error Trying to Open Callout Block

Hi, I was working on a sheet set and callout bubble block. When I try to place the detail callout in PS or MS in any files, it shows Error trying to open callout block. I have searched all over the internet and the forums here but this issue was never mentioned by anyone. Please help as my whole sheet set is now broken for not able to insert callout bubble anywhere any dwg files

Hi @Anonymous,

Can you share a sample SheetSet and the block?  Have you tried inserting the block into a new file to see if it works properly?  Does your sheetset actually have access to the location of the block? Where is it stored?
