Error Message when using AutoCAD hyperlinks to point to a shared file on SharePoint

I would like to know if there is some level of permission or variable needed to be enabled in order to have a hyperlink from AutoCAD to talk to SharePoint? I am using Windows 10, Microsoft Edge, AutoCAD 2021 version. I've done a lot of trouble shooting and the hyperlink command works perfectly fine with other attachments outside of the SharePoint area. It was working on my old laptop but after my refresh I am getting the following error message:

"sign in isn't working right now" and "unknown issue" appears to be a problem outside of AutoCAD. Sorry, the program cannot fix that for you.

Do you encounter the same error message with hyperlinks you place on documents using other apps like Word or Excel that also point to shared files on Sharepoint?

No, I tested creating a hyperlink in a pdf file and linked it to SharePoint file and it worked perfectly.

In AutoCAD if I create a link to our CAD Standard sharepoint page, click Target... I get his funky error.  If I right click on the object and run the hyperlink it goes to the default sharepoint page.  So, weird.

Yes, I agree. The link is good. I believe it’s the permissions between AutoCad and the SharePoint software is where the problem lies. I’ve had this issue before, but I was selecting the wrong option in the dialog box for the hyperlink. But now I’ve tried a lot of things and have gotten no results.

Thank you for sharing. I hope you get an answer to your challenge as well.

What is interesting is if you use the lisp statement (command "start" "https://REDACTED_SERVER_NAME\CAD-Standards.aspx") This works fine.  So it seems to be just an issue with the hyperlink feature in AutoCAD.

AutoCAD people - it would be good to have a solution for this, I can think of alot of scenarios where this would be nice to use.
