Error Code Number is 107028 with AutoCAD Sweep

I'm trying to extrude a solid with the sweep cmd but get "modeling operation error: error code number is 107028 unable to sweep 1 selected objects"

The sweep object is a simple rectangle, path is a 3dpoly.

Is anyone familiar with this error number?

Thanks,
Fred

Hi @Anonymous,

The error codes don't mean much to those of us using the program (only the developers get some benefit).

Try simplifying your 3dPoly or try converting it to a SPLINE for the sweep.

You are welcome to attach the drawing to a post so I can take a look.

HI @Anonymous,

Did you try this again using a spline? If you are still having trouble getting it to sweep, please share your file so I can take a look.

Thanks for the ideas.  No, these are utility lines on an industrial site and not something I can spline.  I did find if I offset my centerline 3dpoly to the "inside" of the 90s it would extrude along the path.  Currently I'm trying it as a corridor model with custom assembly/subassemblies to see if it yields the desired results.

Thanks again.
