Equivalent of MAPTRIM in AUTOCAD or lisp

Hello,

I'm trying to erase blocs outside a boundary in AutoCad. I know this command exist as MAPTRIM in AUTOCAP MAP 3D or CIVIL 3D. 

Is there an equivalent solution in AUTOCAD ?  Ideally I would like to use it in a lisp code I'm wrintig.

Side note: are you aware MAP3D is free to install and use for anyone with a paying/active AutoCAD subscription? That's another option to consider if you don't like EXTRIM command or those LISP.

Here is a lisp called DOUT.

Do a right click onto the file once placed onto your computer.

It tells all about the file and what it does.

It maybe old, but still works great!!
