Not from lines or polylines, you need to use Autodesk Architecture that uses AEC objects.

No version of AutoCAD will take a flat 2D floor plant and automagically create elevations for you, this is the front view of your floor plan, how would the program even know where to start my friend?
AutoCADARCHITECTURE is a variant that draws in 3D all the time, once you specify walls/doors/windows/roofs etc. well ahead of time and use them as you draft your floor plan, then it can do what you seek. But that's a lot of planning ahead first, and learning a new software.
How would you like to proceed?
