If I have a block within other block (for example a toilet seat which is a block within a flat plan that are also a block) and I want to edit the toilet seat . In the beginning I opened the flat block by (edit in place) which is working fine but when I tried to open the toilet seat by (open in place) the AutoCAD is not allowing this providing this massage ** Command not allowed, (block name for flat) already checked out for editing ** And I had to open the block editor to edit toilet seat block. Is there any solution to edit block within other block in place ?. The reason behind this cuz sometimes I need to look to full layout when editing smaller portion to see how will affect other areas of the layout .. I'm using AutoCAD 2014
