Eagle Point dialog box not showing

Hello all. Not sure if I’m posting in the right place but here we go. My company still operates on Eagle Point 02 (I think). Loaded it in a new computer with Win 10. So far so good but the edit node dialogue box will not show. Kinda racking my brains on what could be the issue. Suggestions?

Or you have a serious problem in an unsupported OS like Win10.
