Dynamic input conflict when working with osnap's extention

I just upgrade to autocad 2022, and the 1st thing that I notice is the snap tracking with extension snap works quite different from the previous version of Autocad. When I’m on 2022, the dynamic in will kick in when I start to draw a rectangle while I’m snap tracking the reference rectangle. This doesn’t happen when I’m using 2018-2020, it will just allow me to type the extension value like the first screenshot had shown. However, when I’m using 2022, it forces me to fill in the X value first while ignoring the OSNAP extension input. Any thought? (P/s: All the setting is default)

this does look like a bug, I can also replicate this behaviour on my workstation. it does seem specific to the rectangle command, other commands seem to have the proper evaluation of the extension osnap.

I am having this exact issue after recently downloading AutoCAD 2023. On an educational license, I am unable to contact support directly, so I hoping to get an answer here on whether this bug was resolved.
