Dynamic coordinates from cursor driving me nuts

Hello gang! ...... been a while!

I have a question about a feature in 2014 (yes, my company's still in the Stone Age) that's been a pet peeve ever since I've been using it.

In the older releases, my co-ordinances would show up in the bottom left of my screen. As I moved my mouse the co-ordinances would just follow along. This feature seems to be gone in 2014, and is now assigned dynamically to the cursor itself. DRIVES ME CRAZY! ...... How do I reassign it to the bottom left, and get it OFF my cursor???

Hope I'm explaining this correctly.

Change DYNMODE to 0, uncheck the Dynamic Input taskbar icon or right-click on the taskbar icon to open the Dynamic Input Settings... dialog box.

Also don't forget, you can switch on coordinate display on the taskbar by clicking on the Customization bar at bottom right, and then putting a checkmark on Coordinates (at the top).

If by some odd chance my nattering was useful -- that's great, glad to help. But if it actually solved your issue, then please mark my solution as accepted 🙂
