Dynamic Blocks Not Working

I have created 3 dynamic blocks. All three are rectangles utilizing the distance parameter. However all three essentially pull apart leaving a gap in the lines making up the rectangle. Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong with the dynamic blocks I have created?

Stretch works a little different than the other actions You have to create a "Stretch Frame" and then select the objects to stretch.  I turned on Dynamic Input so you could see the command line at my cursor, but the same prompts are on the command line.
