Hey all,

I have created the attached block, which worked just how i hoped it would, except the fact that it doesnt plot as it shows in the drawing.

I have it drawn so that the external speaker shape can be rotated with the text always staying the correct way up, this works correct in the model space. However when i plot the pdf it rotates the text 90degrees (no matter how much I've rotated the external shape)

any help to get this sorted would be appreciated.

Edit - After a bit more testing it seems the block seems to work fine when its in model space, but this issue happens when the block is imported onto paperspace.

Hi,

I'm not sure if I understand the issue, but it might be the setting of the MTEXT object within the block ... change the property "Match orientation to layout" to "No", is that what you are looking for?

Yup, that works perfectly. Thanks very much Alfred.

For some reason it works fine on the other two blocks that I've created like that however not that one. 

I can work out what i did differently.
