Why does my dwt drawing template look different depending on who opens it?

You each are using different DWT files.

Thank you but we are all using the same one.

Do this: open your DWT file, screenshot it, then use SAVEAS and call it something unique to you.
Have someone else who has a different looking/acting DWT to do the same, except the name of the file and screenshot is unique to them.

SHARE ALL FOUR SCREENSHOTs/ DWG FILEs HERE for someone to help you decipher the differences that you need to list in detail here when you can do that.

If needed, here is how to screenshot in Windows https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/13776/windows-use-snipping-tool-to-capture-screenshots

What looks different?  For example, if it's just the drawing background color, that's a per-User setting, not tied to any file, whether DWG or DWT.  [OPTIONS command, Display tab, Window Elements area, Colors... button.]
