Hello
I have a drawing in the file containing text written in "Times New Roman" font.
He prints it in two ways:
1) directly from the file with the PLOT command to the "DWG to PDF" printer
2) using the SCR file also on "DWG to PDF" printer
In the first case the text is filled, while in the second case, I have only the outline of the letters.
Placing in SCR (getvar "textfill" 1) does not give anything. The file has the variable "textfill" = 1.
What is wrong?
Jerzy

Hi,
>> while in the second case, I have only the outline of the letters
Please show us the script, as it seems to depend on that content.
It would also be good to know which version of AutoCAD you are using (and servicepack/update)

(getvar "textfill" 1) does not give anything. ? Of course, that should give you an ERROR!
(getvar "textfill") is right and give you the value of textfill while running the makro (but the script situation is not Problem i think)
In addition to Alfred's request to submit the script, please also upload a screenshot of your PLOT dialog.
And if you can use a PDF print, a PDF by hand plot and the PDF created by the script.
Your DWG would also be very nice, personal information can be previously removed from the file copy.
Tell us how you run the Scriptfile! Only by type-in command script or do you handle with other stuff and programs like BatchUtilities / Lisp or some other?
Sebastian
Please run your script and look in your Textscreen[F2] at this point:
...
monochrome.ctb Yes Yes Yes YES "Q:\Temp\tempo"
