How can I know the existing limits of my drawing sheet?

Depending on the selected Plotter, Paper,Plotarea, Plotoffset and Plotscale of your pagesetup

and in some cases: of your paperspace content (if print area is set to Extents).

So it isn't possible to say "look there", but you can set "display paper" and "display printable area" ON

and you will see what you asking for. [Options/Display/  lower left corner]

Or do you want to see it in MODEL tab? Think about 100Layouts in one DWG, which one should AutoCAD show?

There isn't an ootb feature, but search for VPOUTLINE

Turn on the grid display(F7) and open the drafting settings(command "DS") and uncheck the option "Display grid beyond limits" under the "snap and grid" tab. See snapshot

You can also just type in LIMITS and it will tell you the current values at the lower left and upper right corners in the process of asking for values -- just hit Enter to accept those if you don't want to change  the Limits.

OR, you can type in LIMMIN and it will show the current value of the lower left corner, and LIMMAX the upper right.

OR, you can Zoom  using the Limits to define the Zoom area:
