drafting issue

Please refer attached image. Why have I suddenly started to have these tiny windows pop up while i draft, and how can I get rid of them?

Hi,

try to use DELCONSTRAINT command to get rid of them . also you need to turn off  CONSTRAINTINFER = 0  that working with AUTOCONSTRAIN command . 

Command: CONSTRAINTINFER
Enter new value for CONSTRAINTINFER <1>: 0
