Downloading Renders

Hi all,

I rendered my views on A360, after an hour or so it got completed and was ready to be downloaded.

but after 40mbs of downloading, it says needs authorisation.

I can't find where to get that authorisation.

Please help me.. 😞

I seen that no one responded, I'd be happy to try and help to the best of ability. 

Can you provided information on your basic set up. 

What version of AutoCAD you are running? 

Have you had an issue like this before?
