Downloading Issues

I am trying to download the AutoCAD program on my MacBook and on my Intel corei5 and am wondering why it is not working. Are my computers not capable of using this software? Looking to eventually purchase the program so would like to get the free trials rolling. Any suggestions on things I should be checking?

What does "not working" mean to everyone else not able to see your PC or the methods you might be using?

Unable to complete the download is what I mean by not working. It will download till the last couple steps and then it will quit. I go to the website, select the free trial, sign-in, select the version and language and then it starts but will quit before completely installing the software. On both computers.

Are you downloading the full installer file to your PC, or are you trying to install from the website, skipping the step of downloading the installer first?

The latter is never a good idea for most users: the former old-school method works 100% of the time for everyone.
