Downloading and installing

Hello,

I have a problem with downloading my student autocad. It's says " Error : 8" everytime I try to download it.

Can anyone help me please?

Search Google for Autodesk Virtual Agent (and don't select Student).

Edit: Yes, what Patchy said.

Then once you have the install file downloaded use your Student Serial Number from the Autodesk Student Community to activate your free 3-yr license.

It's downloading, so far, no problem.

I have windows home 10.

I think that when I try to download it first I put 32/64 gbits instead of
64 gbits. I just realize my computer is 64 gbits. Does that change
something?
