I don't think you can access 2011 any longer.
2016 is the current version and the 3 previous versions that are available would be 2015, 2014, and 2013.

I would suggest that you contact our customer service crew as they may be able to help you obtain this link. 2011 is no longer available as it is no longer supported by Autodesk.
You can contact the customer service team by clicking on this link and selecting Downloads & Upgrades > Finding a Download. Once the page fully loads, you'll be able to contact the team via a support form or via chat if agents are available.
