Double-click doesn't open the Block Editor

I have a user that experiences this often. Closing the file and opening again fixes it. Don't even need to close ACAD - can leave that open with 4-5 other drawings open. DBLCLKEDIT is 1

The file is pretty simple - some details, under 1MB, about 90 hours of edit time on it... Pretty vanilla 2D CAD file.

Anyone else see this behavior?

If restarting the program or closing/reopening the file fixes the issue, then you have a rogue add-on or LISP changing something (it gets reset with a restart in that case).

What is unique about this one user's setup? Something is different, or the program needs to be reset.
