Does bigfont.shx contain any TTF font?

Hello, I tried to create a text using "monotxt.shx" and "bigfont.shx" and I found monotxt_.ttf in my local path(x64\dwgviewr\WINDOWS\Fonts") Fonts Directory but not for bigfont.shx. 

could I know whether there is any TTF font for bigfont.shx?

I came to know that bigfont.shx is a (shape file) not a font file. Does it mean it doesn't contain any TTF fonts?
