Is there a way to have multiple units or unit styles shown only in properties or quick properties. For my job we always draw to architectural feet an inches with a precision of 1/8". There are often occasions where we need a quick reference in metric or decimal feet. We have no need to display these other units, but it would be nice to know if I selected a line or polyline with a length of 3'-11 7/8" how many millimeters or decimal feet that length is in a properties window without having to do the conversion calculation manually.

AutoCAD does not work like that, it just understands static units, we have to decide if a unit is inches or mm or whatever.
So... nothing built-in does what you want, but if you want to turn on Alternate units option in your DIMSTYLE and then just dimension it all, that's an option.
Other options are to find or develop a LISP or two that can do what you want.
Thanks for the reply! Are LISPs capable of adding additional categories in properties or quick properties?

Nope, the core pop-ups are not editable by end users, those are off-limits for the most part: your LISP will create all new feedback methods, pop-up or commandline.
you can set Quick Properties to show more by object type, but nothing like that: help yourself, start CUI command, go to that section and explore
