Good Morning,
I'm using AutoCad Civil 3D 2017 and having an issue with display box not showing. For example; when I type in LAYDEL (Layer Delete Command), and select NAME for the display box that allows me to select layers to delete, it does not appear. This also happens with display box that is within other commands. I've found out before how to retrieve the display box, and I believe it was a simple fix, but it's been awhile since I needed it, and I forgot to write it in my cheat sheet. I'd appreciate some help.
Thanks,
WCP
When the missing screen should be visible, Shift_Right Click on the application, then hit M. From there your cursor movements should bring the screen visible as it moves. Your arrow keys should also work.
The other option is to set your screen resolution to smaller, grab the screen that you can't see, then pull it back center and change your resolution back.
Hope this helps,
Kenny
If you mean the dialog box, then you should set the _FILEDIA variable to 1
