Dimlayer, and textlayer

I used the dimlayer, and textlayer command and changed them to the Dimension Layer. I really liked it for a few days, now today I am having issues getting the dimensions and text to go to different layers. How do I change them back to the defaults?

I am using AutoCad 2024. on Windows 11

@jjmill1 ,

Just change it in Properties:

And check your Dimension Style settings:
