dimension input doesn't work

I have checked every settings of dimension and dynamic input. Toggling, DYNMODE or DYNPROMPT or anything else doesn't make this correct.

Basicly dynamic input works as usually but dimension input is gone.

Enable Dimension input From  DSETTINGS >> Dynamic Input tab , any changes?

It is allready enalbed but i tried to set it off and on - still doesn't works

Click on below image to see how by DIST command you can see the dimension, does that happened with you?

Try it in a new empty CAD drawing...

DIST works as usually, dimension input is that problem. Example if i start to stretch some vertex, CAD offers dynamic input (polar/cartesian, that doesn't matter) but no dimension input if I try it with Tab.

Can you share a screenshot of what your cursor looks like ?

Is the problem in ALL files, or just this one?
If in ALL files, did you restart your computer yet?
If still an issue, I'd appreciate a video of you in action using those tools, perhaps you are trying something that is not possible.

I'm had this issue few months now and it's permanent and in any dwg-file.
