Dimensions Not Moving When Object is Moved in Model Space.

So, I do all my drawing in model space. Then, after I am done, I setup my page in paper space, and put my dimensions in paper space too. My problem is when I have to move an object, my dimensions don't move. The extension line just gets longer, or it does not move at all. I have asked my teacher about if there is a way to get the dimensions to move with the object, but all she says to do is to use the "Move" command a set distance than move the dimensions the same distance. I am just wondering if there is a command to lock them to the object from paper space?

Okay, here is my finished drawing in paper space. The other one is what happens when I move the B-B section in model space. I am looking into the commands now. They didn't fix it.

It stretched because one end is tied to nearest centerline and not to the object itself.

There is that, but it does it even if it is tied to the object. See the leader; it moved too. And, I don't see why the line type would mess it up like that.
