Dimensions and texts is locking

Hello.
 
I have a problem,
My autocad is locking only  on the texts.
 
When I select some text or dimension, it takes a long time to edit, 
I can only edit some text when I give aedit or move comand before selecting the item, 
but when I want to change the number of the dimension, for example, 
I do not have any commands to press before to not lock.
 
I have tried several solutions, but I still have not found anything to solve.

Is this a new problem? Or a new installation of AutoCAD or Widnows?

Is the problem limited to one file, or is this a problem in all files?

What is your AutoCAD version?
Windows version?

How many TTF fonts do you have in WIndows, and how many SHX fonts do you have in AutoCAD's Fonts folder? And by chance did you just add many more to either folder?

This is a problem in all files. I changed the version to autocad 2018, but
the problem is not resolved.

My fonts is ok, i didn't add any fonts

Turn off RIBBONCONTEXTSELECT and see if that helps.

If you can, also post a DWG file with the problem, let's all try it.

 RIBBONSELECTMODE changed to "0" and it worked.
