After picking both extension line origins I cant get a dynamic dimension to show at the tool tip before I place it. There is only a red line that i can move around.
No, it doesn't work in any dwgs. To clarify the dimension does appear after I select a location. Also when I create an angular dim. it works as it used to.
What command are you using exactly? Copy/Paste from the command line to here please. Do you have an add-on installed with your 2018? And did you use the migration tool to move your content from 2016 to 2018?
