Dimension size changes after exiting block editor

Hi all,

I'm sure this gets asked a lot, but I inserted a couple of non-annotative dimensions in a block I'm working on, and once I exit the block the dimension and text gets way larger. I'm not sure why this is happening, and any insights would be appreciated! I attached two screenshots of inside the block editor and outside the block editor as well.

The issue seems to be only on text-overrided dims.

Have you scaled the block? (Scale X, Scale Y or Scale Z differs from 1)

As you told, dims are non-annotative. How about the block itself?

Would you mind uploading the file to replicate the issue?

On the attached file, dimensions sizes are equal both in Model and Block Editor.

Actually, they are Annotative:

Just set the Annotative value to No and adjust the Dim scale overall as desired, i.e. 0.25.
