That's how it works with hidden visual style.  If you want the dimension to the displayed without hidden lines then use 2Dwireframe style.

I want the dimension to the displayed without hidden lines and the model displayed with hidden lines.How to do this?

So then just move them to be above the object. In this case, move them by 1300 up.
