Diffrent plot dialogue for 2 PC using same plotter

Hello,

I have a problem with our HP DesignJet T520 plotter.

Usually the default plotter we use is DWG To PDF, There we have Custom Paper sizes, then if I change the plotter type to our HP DesignJet Plotter and the custom paper size is not the defined with the plotters .pc3 file we get two diffrent messages in two diffrent computers:

On one computer it tells me the paper size does not exist and if I want to add it to the plotters configuration - which is great.

On the other computer it tells me it cannot continue because the paper size does not exist without any option to add it to the configuration.

How can I make computer 2 act like computer one?

I put screenshots of the messages.

Thank you.

Are both AutoCAD setups 100% identical? probably not, one of you did a migration from an older version is my guess or a different driver altogether is saved.

Hi,

They are both identicle version wise, and both were installed at the same time, though it is possible one has diffrent plot settings because the "good pc" is using an Autocad version which has a migraed cui and the other one is a brand new install. Both installs have plotters and plot style settings migrated from a shared folder.

Ok, so the first option just disabbled the message I get in "Screenshot - Bad pc"
The hiddin dialogues solved me another issue hehe but doesn't have a hidden dialogue that is showed in "Screenshot - Good PC"
