Difficulty with drawing a shape

Hi guys, 

I am trying to draw the shape below and have some difficulties with the arcs and distances. Would appreciate any guidance.

You haven't provided sufficient information.  The size and center point or the bulging arcs need to be defined using reference points. Bottom pic is assuming bulge is R40 at 40 with Y=12   (40-28) and

X= 20 (40 between shapes/2)
